2nd Part

It has been a while, it is now the second term of my degree in Raffles. This term we are organizing a fashion show inspired by David Bowie and androgynous themed. It is very exciting and as the leader of the Stylist Team, I am in charged of finding designers and confirming which designers would like to participate for this show with the help of my teammates.

To find a designer with certain aesthetics from their collection is not easy and most of all, the designers must be a Raffles Alumni.

Some designers replied and some never did which frustrates me. Furthermore, there are only a few of the Raffles Alumni designers that are in Singapore, this is not going to be easy but I make sure that my team and I wont give up easily.

However, the struggle is real I can name a few of my team members that actually worked hard by helping me day and night finding designers and communicating with designers. I personally do not like to nag or ask for help more than twice, at some point I just have to do some things on my own. Don't get me wrong, I would guide my team members endlessly however, once I know I cant depend on someone from my team, I will not ask again. Nonetheless, I must say I am lucky because out of all teams from Marketing Team or Show Team, my Styling Team members are much more reliable than any other teams. Sometimes you just have to work with what you have.

Besides all that, our show is named "We Can Be Heroes" and we came up with that name because of David Bowie's song called "Heroes" and I am going to make sure that this fashion show will not be a normal fashion show where models walk then leave, but it is going to be like a performance art.
